I have come across many blogs, some of them really outstanding and blogger continously used to write something special and some blogger just used to post one or two posts then forgot their blog.
All are depend on blogger's choice as how to blog or how to earn from blog or how to use blog in a professional manner.
You may find few blogs just awesome, my blog is given in clickable link. Some visitors like my blog and some not, it is depend on their search and fulfilling their requirment.
If visitors are satisfied with required information from your blog then the visitors used to appreciate or else blogger will get negative point.
Blogger can't always satisfy online visitors but guest can enjoy our blog if it really their targetted search, or else leave within few fraction second. So, blogger can't satisfied all but few visitor based on the targetted search.
